Michael S. Mitchell, 53, author of Granite State Bigfoot, died unexpectedly on September 7, 2019.
April 28, 2019, at the 4th Annual International Cryptozoology Museum.
I first heard from Aleksandar Petakov, Stephen Bissette, and others of the very sudden and shocking death of Michael Mitchell. The staff and gift store of the International Cryptozoology Museum were big supporters of Mitchell’s New Hampshire Bigfoot comics, as well as his other published graphic works. Mitchell appeared at our last conference, signing and talking about his comic book.
Below is his obituary. There appears to be missing information. For now, we wish his family condolences and shall pass on information, as it becomes available.
