Santa’s Family Tree

Above, Santa Claus in the wooded forest with holly, German postcard, circa 1900.

Santa as the Green Man. Or is it the Green Man as Santa? Ah, the mystery of the Green Hand revealed?

The ultimate in Wildpeople/Woodwoses genealogy was charted for your consideration last year.

In the end of 2008 issue of Fortean Times, Wildman chronicler and artist Jeffrey Vallance created a unique, intriguing, entertaining graphic, “Santa Claus Family Tree.”

I asked Jeffrey if he would allow me to share his intriguing chart online with the readers of Cryptomundo, and he did. I publish it again.

Wildpeople, forever, I say!

Happy Yule Yetis.
