The date for the story on cougars in Maine is Thursday, January 19, at 8pm. It will air again the next night at 9 and on Sunday at 5pm. The broadcasts will be on Maine Public Television Network’s Maine Watch.

The structure of the program will be interviews in the field with cougar eyewitnesses, State of Maine biologists, and me at the International Cryptozoology Museum. The in-studio host will then do a live interview with a federal official who supports the declaration of extinction for the status of the Eastern Puma (a/k/a Panther, Mountain Lion, Cougar, Painter, and other names).
