US Navy Visits Cryptozoology Museum

What does the International Cryptozoology Museum (ICM) do when it is closed?

Of course, the museum never really rests. For example, on Tuesday, July 13th, while it is closed to public tours, the ICM will be the host to a camera crew representing the U.S. Navy.

Filming will be by Defense Media Activity – Anacostia (the Navy’s arm
of the Defense Media Activity), a documentary production company. They are under contract from the Department of Defense to produce a segment on cryptozoology and the cryptozoology museum. It will be shown to U.S. Navy personnel who are deployed in Iraq, Afghanistan and ships at sea.

They will be interviewing the director, and filming the exhibits to show our Sailors, tying in cryptozoology to the exploration of biosciences around the world.

The museum is donating the images of the exhibitions, our space and our time to support this project.
