Famed Sasquatch author and researcher John Green will be a guest speaker at the British Columbia Scientific Cryptozoology Club (BCSCC) barbecue at Green Point day use facility at Sasquatch Provincial Park near Harrison Hot Springs, British Columbia, Canada, on August 9, 2008, at 11 a.m.
The BCSCC will be asking members to contribute $5, each to defray the cost of the food. (Email Sebastian Wang at thunderkiss49@hotmail.com to let him know that you are coming to this event, or would like information on joining the BCSCC to attend.)
Members can bring any number of guests they wish, with a contribution per guest.
This is a joint effort with Westcoast Sasquatch, through the helpful cooperation of director Gerry Matthews.
Recently, the BCSCC has made contact with the Mande Burung team in India and the meeting will update the latest news on the Indian Yeti. The Indian drama is garnering much attention with the discovery of hairs that may be those of an unknown primate in the West Garo Hills of Meghalaya State.
Chris Murphy and Thomas Steenburg will be at the barbecue to share any updates they have on Sasquatch, in general, as well.
John Kirk will chair the meeting.
