New Cryptozoology Journal

Michel Raynal has passed along a translation about the initial appearance of a French publication of some note.

The Musée Cantonal de Zoologie of Lausanne, Switzerland, (which houses Bernard Heuvelmans archives and collection) has just published a new cryptozoological journal, the title of which is Kraken.

The first volume will be arriving this month.

The table of contents:

Michel Raynal informs me that the journal apparently has an interview in it with Heuvelmans, when he was living in Verlhiac, Dordogne, near Le Bugue village. Also, he thinks the account of the debate (mentioned in French above) is possibly when Heuvelmans went to Lausanne, a few years before he gave his archives to the Lausanne museum, during a meeting/debate on that occasion.

The editorial board of the new prestigious journal has been announced to be sociologist Pierre Lagrange, cryptozoologist Loren Coleman, and cryptozoologist Michel Raynel, among others.

The second volume will be larger.
